Joseph Disabato, DPM

Dr. Disabato at Virginia Foot & Ankle Surgical Associates has been in private since 1994. His practice includes Medicine, Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot & Ankle. Dr. Disabato has developed a special interest in lower extremity peripheral nerve disorders that cause acute and chronic pain. He has undergone specialized training in lower extremity peripheral nerve disease, injury and microsurgery.

Conditions commonly treated in the lower extremity include: neuroma, nerve injury, nerve entrapment syndrome, peripheral neuropathy, acute and chronic pain.

Dr. Disabato is a Fellow of the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons. This is a national organization composed of Podiatric, Orthopaedic, Plastic and Neurosurgeons devoted to the continued education and research of peripheral nerve disorders and pain syndromes.
